Bayer Flying Insect Killer

Bayer Flying Insect Killer aerosol can be used for the rapid control of an extensive range of flying insects (see label for full details) and can be used in a wide range of areas including domestic and industrial premises.

Bayer Flying Insect Killer contains d-tetramethrin 0.15% w/w and d-phenothrin 0.15% w/w (HSE 8771, PCS 96516).

HSE 8771

A pre-pressurised handheld aerosol for use against flying insects such as flies, mosquitoes and other small flying insects by application as a space and surface spray. Can also be used against crawling insects such as ants, bedbugs, cockroaches, and fleas. For indoor use only.

Directions for use

For the control of flying insects, close all doors and windows and direct spray upwards into the centre of the room with a slow sweeping motion, 5-10 seconds in an average room (30 m³). Vacate the room and keep the door closed for 15 minutes. Ventilate before re-entry. Spray can also be used directly on visible insect pests or applied in cracks and crevices suspected of harbouring crawling insect pests. Repeat as necessary.

Direct Spray:

Spray from a distance of 15 cm directly onto the insect. Spray for 2 seconds for use against cockroaches and bedbugs. Spray for 1 second for use against fleas.

Residual Spray:

Spray from a distance of 20 cm directly onto infected surfaces. Spray for 2 seconds for use against cockroaches. Spray for 1 second for use against bedbugs and fleas. Repeat if necessary.
